What we are looking for
Overall experience of 3+ years of experience in Application Development and Cloud infrastructure maintenance support
Extensive experience of minimum 2+ years in incident management and Escalation process
Prior experience in troubleshooting App/Infra/Network issues
Good understanding of AWS/Azure Cloud systems
Working experience in using Apple app-store and Google Play store
Ability to learn and follow defined support and root-cause analysis processes.
Increasing ability to solve practical problems without assistance and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited information may initially exist.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, hands-on, or diagram form.
Assess and understand customer needs and identify resolution recommendations
Excellent written, verbal communication skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service skills
Willingness to work in rotational based 24X7 Shifts.
What you will do
Gather critical data points to effectively prioritize incoming tickets
Assess and understand customer needs and identify resolution recommendations
Reproducing issues in-house and responding back in a timely manner.
Provide day-to-day system administration support to assigned systems
Manage, develop (as needed), test and implement new deployments of systems
Maintain system documentation
Establish and monitor User Identity lifecycle
Provide technical support to end-users and team members
Monitor servers for performance and maintain system environment according to industry best practices
Provide on-call support for the systems administration group
