This is a Tax Executive-US Tax role, reporting to Tax Manager and will be a part of GBS located in Bangalore. Provide tax expertise in the area of capital structures, legal structures, cross border reorganizations, transfer pricing, intra-group arrangements, tax accounting and reporting or any other tax matters as well as tax strategies that reflect overall strategy and global initiatives.
Your responsibilities
Good working knowledge in USA Sales & Use Tax, Property Tax Activities.
Responsible for correct calculation of tax liabilities, filing of Sales & Use Tax returns of ABB USA, Tax GL Mapping, reconciliations, clearing and audit compliances as related USA tax compliances.
Standardization of transactional Tax Processes, preparation of SoP, process flow, work instructions, Business Understanding.
Your background
B.Com Graduates/ M.Com/ MBA Finance/CA Inter.
4-6 Years of working experiences in US Sales & Use Tax Return preparation/review.
Should Have knowledge of SAP ERP.
Should have knowledge of Vertex O series.
In depth knowledge in tax tool VERTEX.
Exposure to Tax exemption certificates and local legal requirements.
