Position : Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer – QA
Job Description : Requirements: Around 6 to 10 years testing backend services and automating backend services to ensure whole backend system is good to release.Positive attitude, Strong analytical skills, Team Player, and strong inclination towards learningGood understanding of QA processes and elicitation skills.Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication with team and knowledge gaining/sharing.Oversee all aspects of QA including metrics, new tools, and processes to ensure quality goals are met.Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for Web App, Middleware Microservices, Enterprise Security, Integration Services etc.Strong understanding and Experience in API testing and Protocols are must. Good knowledge in Linux and commands.Should understand enterprise architecture concepts of Multi-Tenancy, MFA, SSO,RBAC/ABAC, Database Sharding, API Management, Performance Scaling, Automation Python Scripting etc.Good understanding on any relational database like PostgreSQL, database security and MongoDB.Should have worked on any bug tracking tools like JIRA, Test link or any open-source tool etc.Familiar with testing web services (REST) using any tool like SOAPUI, POSTMAN &Newman, Robot Framework.Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.Establish formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases, execution & reporting.Identify, record, document thoroughly, track & retest defects, test results and drive them through till closure.Experience on automation tool like Selenium, Appium and any open-source tool a plus.Worked on Performance testing using JMeter, Load testing using Artillery is must.Must have worked on Build server setup using GitHub, Bitbucket and CI/CD setup.Should be able to identify software QA risks and prepare mitigation plan.Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, Test Reporting, QA Sign Offs, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally. Also Lead and mentor QA team members.Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and test cases (manual and automated).Experience working on an agile development team, Scrum and/or Kanban preferred.Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision.Should be proficient in testing and possess good analytical skills.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹1,500,000.00 – ₹1,800,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 10 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXExpected Start Date: 26/03/2022
