Job Description : 1. Provide high customer service level to assure member totally satisfied.2. Attain monthly sales targets as set by Management3. Provide any and all relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events) to travelers.4. Develop and execute personal marketing plan to acquire sales goals & Assist management’s marketing efforts.5. Maintain and update detailed customer list for potential sales opportunities. Head responsible for resolution of client and vendor concerns.6. Keep the travel shop in neat and tidy. Files the documents in a proper way as good filing system7. Comply with company established guidelines, procedures and standards in customer service area.8. Ensure to follow all rules related to PNR’s and Profiles, invoicing, ticketing, client files plus overall work accuracy.9. Maintain complete understanding as well as working knowledge of management daily work sheet system10.
