Job Description : 1. List down the attention-grabbing contents ideas, titles, thumbnails, descriptions, find & use appropriate hashtags, etc.2. Getting fresh, innovative, and viral content ideas keeping viewers’ choice and demand into consideration.3. Adding creative elements like hooks, activities, quotes, punches, facts, etc. to the script.4. Come up with short and long content ideas for social media.5. Content must ensure audience retention, share ability, and establish trust b/w the brand and audience.6. Write value-driven content to empower the audience and increase the brand value.7. Create compelling In App Push notifications to re-engage customers.8. Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design9. Open to acquiring extensive subject knowledge and good research skills are needed.Essential skills: -Proven working experience in the creative content writing domain.Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design modelsDesired skills: -1. Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal (Hindi & English)2. Strong project management and prioritization skills3. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment4.
