Job Description : Reporting to the HR and Talent Development Manager Middle-East & India, your first role will be to support the operational activity for the 3 activities at the office (Fashion, Fragrances & Beauty and Watches & Fine Jewelry) and the Corporate Functions. And you will contribute and participate to the Talent Development and Employee Engagement Strategy for the Market.
Your main responsibilities are :HR management for all short-terms contracts at the office :
Support daily the teams and managers for this population on all different HR topics.
Ensure the recruitment, induction and follow-up.
Animate and follow the Interns Community trough Events and Supports.Talent Development for whole Middle East Market (Office & Retail population) :
Participate and contribute to the Talent Development and Employee Engagement strategy implementation trough :
Deployment of Training Plan, Training engineering & Training coordination
Coordination of Onboarding Package ( events, tools…)
Coordination of different events : conferences, activities, escapades…
Implementation of partnership and actions with schools – universities in the Region ( School Relationships)Internal communication for whole Middle East and India Market :
Coordinate and animate the Internal Communication Plan trough different channels: Intranet, Newsletter Digital, Magazine Printed, Emailing…
Coordinate the internal communication community through the tools and activities
Animate the different communication tools : intranet, newsletter…
And globally, we will participate in the development and implementation of major transversal HR Development programs for Office and Retail.
You have a master degree and a first experience as an HR generalist or in Talent development role in an international company.
You have excellent relation and communication skills as well as a real sense of service.
You are at ease with figures and like human relation and intercultural environment. You are creative and like to work in a project way. Your analytic skills, your capacity to structure ideas and your ability to take initiatives will be key to succeed in this position.
English and pack office (excel) are a must.
French would be a real advantage.
VIE based in Dubai – 12 months
