Job Description : Job Responsibility: Maintain receipts/records on goods receiving & delivery from the stock.Perform other stock-related inventory records, first-in, first-out basis etc.Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies on receiving goods.File all inventory related documents such as item receipts and delivery notesReview all items before delivery to clientsProvide weekly inventory reporting to managementEnsure structure and cleanliness in warehouseSchedule daily deliveries and collection in coordination with back officeCoordinate and prepare all documents required for deliveries such as entry permits and delivery notesManage local delivery teamEnsure a smooth delivery experience for all customers RequirementsSkills: Strong communication, management, coordination and organizational skillsAbility to work with little supervision and track multiple processesProficiency in inventory managementPrevious experience as a storekeeper & knowledge in Microsoft Excel is a must.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per monthLanguage:CHINESE,ENGLISH (Preferred)
