Job Description : L3 Windows System EngineerTechnical Skill (Necessary)· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or related technical degree· Microsoft Certification (Azure, MCSE, MCSA etc.)· Windows Server Based Application Certifications· Hands on experience with O365· Strong Written and Verbal Communication SkillsTechnical skill:(Good to have)Functional Knowledge· Experience with handling of cloud migration projectsOther Skill (Will be an advantage)· Exposure and knowledge of Cybersecurity will be considered a plus.Qualifying Experience· 8 to 10 years’ experience of Windows Server Administration, Troubleshooting· Min 2-3 years hands-on experience supporting clients with AWS· Experience of working in a Remote Infrastructure Management Company / Team at the level of L2/L3· Effective time management, problem solving and communication skills.· Experience in working in ITIL Incident management processSoft Skills· Excellent verbal & written skills· Team management· Creative thinker who can investigate multiple paths in the hunt for the root cause of an urgent issue, lead support of business-critical outages, clear the path to resolution, and own the steps for prevention.ResponsibilityArchitect & Design· Manage and own architecture, design, and implementation projects· Provide technological vision for transformation, serve as the Engineering Team lead to whom you will provide leadership and guidance· Provide a solution leveraging cloud-native components· Knowledge in server hardening and policy compliance management· Design and implement effective group policy based on the client infrastructure.· Installing, designing, implementing, deploying, upgrading, and administering Windows Server· Architect best practice Patch Management Strategy and oversee execution· Define process and provide leadership for incident management, Support for Change and Problem Management· Define, plan and execute automation strategyProject ownership and support· Manage & own Support Operations: Be part of a team meeting 24/7 & On-Call requirements during shift rotations.· Capable of owning and handling the Severity 1 & 2 Incident and providing RCA· Excellent troubleshooting skill on Windows infrastructure· Strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management.· Primary escalation for L2 Support and Ability to mentor the L1 & L2 Windows administrators.· Managing and supporting an enterprise computing environment consisting primarily of Windows Server O/S· Configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, replication of Windows Server 2008· Work closely with Client and Internal Operations, project management, and engineering teams to meet the customer’s requirements· Creating, reviewing technical documentation· Demonstrate a solid understanding of WINS, DNS, DHCP, AD, IIS, SCCM· Monitoring, securing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory· AD Group Policy Management· Solid understanding and experience supporting, building, and managing VM technologies· Ability to utilize scripting utilities to accomplish centralized tasks such as software deployment and configuration· Communicate effectively with subject matter experts for Servers, networks, storage, Management & monitoring tools, backupJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹1,000,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayRotational shiftUS shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Double vaccination mandatoryApplication Question(s):Do you have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or related technical degreeDo you have Microsoft Certification Azure, MCSE, MCSA ?Do you hands on experience with O365?Do you have Strong written and verbal communication in English?Experience:total work: 10 years (Required)
