Job Description : We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our payroll and payroll tax records, include working closely with our office manager and supervisor to create and analyze accurate reports and ensure legal requirements compliance Our ideal candidate has payroll book keeping experience and is familiar with online payroll services and accounting software packages. Ultimately, the Bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day payroll transactions of our company.ResponsibilitiesRecord day to day payroll hours and complete the posting processVerify that transactions are recorded in the correct software packageWork with supervisors to obtain proper employee hoursPrint and prepare payroll checks for distributionComplete tax formsSkillsProven bookkeeping experienceSolid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payroll principlesProven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial recordsData entry skills along with a knack for numbersHands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary softwareProficiency in English and in MS OfficeCustomer service orientation and negotiation skillsHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hourPhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
