Job Description : Experience – 15 to 20 yrs
Qualification – Chartered Accountant (CA)
Salary Package – 18 to 20 lacs pa Plus monthly incentives
Responsibilities :
Oversees Accounting department, budget preparation, and audit functions.
Heading accounts functions involving determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control.
The setting and supervising of appropriate tax controls, so that all statutory obligations are fully met on a timely basis.
Liaising with statutory / internal auditors & insurance companies etc for timely completion of audits as well as implementation of audit observations.
Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
Analyzes operations to identify areas in need of reorganization, downsizing, or elimination.
Studies long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales, financial growth & development of the Company.
Overseas investment of funds and works with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion, Refinance of existing loans, etc.
Business development for products, technology management and implementation, finance procurement.
Skill sets required :
Excellent management and supervisory skills.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems.
