Job Description : Location: Canby, OR

Who We Are:

Local Agricultural Consulting firm looking to add a new member to their fast-growing team. Our client works with local farms specializing in soil consulting specifically geared towards maximizing yield and output over a variety of crops. They work primarily within the fruit and berry industry.

What You’ ll Do:

The Customer Support Advisor will act as a daily point of contact to growers, agronomists and consultants from around the country. This position consists of 60% working directly with growers to solve crop problems, 40% execution of various aspects of the sales process.

Duties for this position will include, but not be limited to: fielding inbound sales and customer support calls; process incoming orders; assist in development of new clients; identify customer needs, preferences & help navigate their customer experience; convey lab results to the grower; other duties as assigned.

This position is Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm (there is some flexibility with this!)

What You Need to Have:

BS in Agriculture related field or 3+ years in agriculture industry with ecological methods

Exceptional customer service & problem solving skills

Experience with ERP systems

Experience with E-commerce, social media platforms, academic journals and Google Drive

MS Office experience

ASA (PCA, CCA) ODA PC PR, or other industry certification strongly preferred

Ability to lift over 50lbs when needed
