Job Description : Job descriptionRequirements: One year experience in a related office setting.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsCollege education in a business-related field is preferredExperience with Microsoft Office; MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPointExcellent customer service skills and assertive, dependable personalityAbility to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, management, and agents.Ability to independently solve problems and see them through to resolution.Responsibilities: Ensure all merchandise is properly counted and tagged according to established company standards.Perform cycle counts and verify counts against stock status.Report any discrepancies to the warehouse management team.Answer phones, route calls and take messages.Schedule inbound and outbound loads to accommodate the receiving team.Communicate with co-workers to collaboratively resolve issues or concerns.Work assigned schedule.Exhibit regular and predictable attendance and work overtime as required to meet workload demandsJob Type: Full-timePay: From $14.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Data entry: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
