Job Description : Roles and responsibilities

Assists external clients in the implementation of software, hardware or solutions.
Defines and executes on delivery and implementation plans.
Provides training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
Requires a bachelor’s degree.

Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
Internal Communication with office
Collection of client data and infra readiness
Delivery of assigned weekly tasks
Data entry Verification and mapping (Process Capturing
User Training on Application
Client Engagement
Tracking of forthcoming activities at client site
Training Internal and External
Monthly Reports to the Client/s
Functional Testing of Application
Inter departmental coordination
Handling the product concerns/ client queries
Worked on an ERP previously
