Job Description : Job DescriptionWe are looking for a driven Marketing and Social Media Specialist to assist in building our social media presence and perform marketing projects. Our goal is to continually improve and achieve superior customer engagement, website traffic while improving exposure. Success is defined by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap and adding value to our brand. Our new hire should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize engaging content.Qualifications· Love learning new things, have a positive attitude, and self-motivated· Constantly educate and build awareness of new trends, and possess a passion for Social Media· Excellent knowledge of social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.· Excellent multi-faceted communication skills including written and oral· Eagerness to learn about new innovations and software· A degree in communications, marketing/graphic design, or social media, Bachelor’s degree (preferred)· Experience with Apple devices and FileMaker software (preferred)· Marketing: 1 year (Required), Social Media: 1 year (Preferred), Graphic Design: 1 year (Preferred)Responsibilities· Act as a point person within the organization advising management on company social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms· Oversee, meet and direct our current Website design and content partner· Engage in social media presence on respective platforms· Create dynamic written, graphic, and video content· Optimize content following search engine optimization (SEO)· Create content that promotes audience interaction, increasing audience presence on company sites, and encourage audience participation· Assist our branch managers and executive team with large projects, events, and community management· Collaborate, Design and recommend purchase of company marketing material to include garments and hats· Work as part of a team to help develop large social media campaigns· Help to analyze and report audience information, demographics, and success of existing social media projects· Embodies innovative new ideas and concepts and proposes to management for social media content· Coordinates marketing and social media strategy campaigns· Manages timelines and schedules content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visitsPlease include a resume, cover letter, and Instagram handles and portfolio link to properly outline your experience and possible start date**Triad Machinery does not accept unsolicited resumes or calls from third-party recruiters or employment agencies**Triad Machinery is and Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages applications from all qualified candidates.
