Hybrid Monitoring and Capacity Platforms (HMCP) provides the foundation of the Bank’s Production Engineering capabilities and is responsible for providing products, strategy and thought leadership across the Bank around Observability / Monitoring and Capacity Management. For internal use only For internal use only For internal use only Each HMCP product is implemented globally and provides core product capabilities underpinning Availability, Event, Performance and Capacity Management used across the majority of the Bank’s Infrastructure and Application estates, including Cloud. HMCP are currently engaged in a multi-year transformation programme of Observability / Monitoring and Capacity Management across the Bank to support the Hybrid Cloud and other initiatives alongside BAU product demand delivery to our internal customers. The successful candidate will be an experienced Programme Manager who can take the lead on our Transformation Programme and execution across the team. The candidate will between setting the framework and strategy for Programme/Project Management, our framework and governance and taking organisational management of our delivery function. The candidate will collaborate and oversee our internal transformation with supporting project management leads, and interfacing with leads across the team and senior stakeholders and customers.

Tasks / Responsibilities:
Management of our multi-year HMCP transformation programme, comprising of 8 projects, including the creation and maintenance of optimum delivery strategy and structure, organisational design, programme / project governance, budget / financial management and reporting.
Senior stakeholder management including negotiation, presentation and communication of key information such as delivery strategy and status.
Organisational management of HMCP Project Managers including initiation of quality standards, oversight of delivery / execution / documentation quality and supporting the initiation of new projects as required.
Experience | Exposure (Recommended):
Fluent in English (written/verbal).
Experience of communicating with senior stakeholders and managing demanding and complex stakeholder relationships
Experience in IT change projects and varying project / programme environments (waterfall, scrum/agile, hybrid, etc.)
Experience with typical product, project and software documentation, standard presentation and reporting formats.
Experience with Observability / Monitoring / IT Capacity Management domains (nice to have
Education | Certification (Recommended):
Degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent certification and/or relevant work experience)
