What You’ll Do
In this role, you will focus on partnerships while maintaining a high standard of operational commitment. You can expect to:
Make decisions to support transactional order processes / order platform steps
Act as a liaison for our third party and internal Wayfair partners
Monitor partner compliance on operational processes to identify and escalate trends
Action assigned tickets to quickly resolve issues following established procedures
Proactively suggest process change and be an efficiency leader
Employ data-driven collaboration to contribute to reliable continual improvement
Identify areas of opportunity for stakeholders to improve their effectiveness
What You’ll Need
Associate’s degree or equivalent military/work experience
Skill with time management and prioritization, working well under deadlines
Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively with people in a cross-functional environment
Experience with collaborative G Suite tools or their Microsoft/Open Office equivalents

Order Loss Prevention
Order Loss Prevention is focused on minimizing value loss balanced with the supplier and customer experience. There are 4 teams, Fraud & Scam Prevention, which reviews high risks orders to minimize loss; Credit Recovery, which recovers costs from suppliers for supplier-fault incidents (damage, defective, misshipped etc); Carrier Claims, which recovers costs from our carriers for lost and damaged products; and Order Processing, which rectifies orders that fail to process for a multitude of technical issues. All teams engage at the order level with a direct/indirect connection to the supplier, customer or both.
Supply Chain Services
Chain Services spans all steps of the inbound and outbound logistics for Wayfair’s CastleGate Fulfillment network and North America Final Mile delivery. Supply Chain Services team members build relationships with supplier factories in Asia, overseas delivery agents, delivery sites across North America and work with these teams to ensure compliance in large parcel processes and real time accuracy in product location. Workflows include monitoring SLA compliance from our delivery partners to identify and address delays, investigations into late shipments, and processing customer-requested order changes.
Supplier Inbound Management
The Supplier Inbound Management team is responsible for collaborating with suppliers to solve operational and customer issues. Supplier Inbound Management supports the integration of electronic communication between Wayfair and the supplier for trading key business documents such as inventory feeds, purchase orders, and supplier shipping notices and supports the supplier when operational issues arise.
