As part of the team, you will have frontline exposure to our brand and marketing vision, business strategies, launch and lifecycle plans, and critical market insights that drive our business forward.ResponsibilitiesGather and maintain in-depth knowledge of the therapies and services offered through NIVA HealthEducate patients on the services and therapies offered by Niva HealthPerform all aspects of the sales processPresent at seminars and other speaking engagements (in person and virtual)Serve as an ambassador and market throughout the local community.Serve as a main point of contact for patient inquiries and answer questions regarding therapies performed by Niva HealthPerform educational meetings with patients regarding our treatment solutionsFacilitate post consultation payment collections and assist clients through the financing processPerform preparation and facilitation of educational seminarsGather and effectively market customer leads to support sales activityMaintain files and records related to tracking of leadsDevelop in depth knowledge of patient customers including demographic profile, channel & content preferences as basis for relationship marketing program development & executionWork closely with office medical providers and support staff to provide the best patient experienceAttend sales training as requestedFacilitate Lifetime Wellness importance and coordinate consults for Lifetime WellnessPerform all other duties assigned by managementRequired Qualifications and ExperienceAssociates Degree or EquivalentHigh business acumen and acuityStrong interpersonal and leadership skills to build credibility as a “peer” across all levelsExperience in conducting in-services / presentationsDemonstrated knowledge of patient experience processes and service excellence strategiesExceptional written and interpersonal communication skillsAbility and willingness to travel locally, regionally and nationwidePreferred Qualifications and ExperienceBachelors Degree or higher preferredPatient Marketing, RM, marketing, account management, brand management and/or other related experience in the regenerative wellness industry.Compensation: $55k Base with uncapped commission, averaging $78k – $150k+Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Commission payEducation:Associate (Required)Work Location: One location
