Job Description : Pay Rate: $18.36-$23.92/hour to start (Direct Hire)
Timber Products is hiring hourly production employees for its mill in Grants Pass.

Production employees may be hired to work in a variety of machine centers within the Particleboard manufacturing process. Job openings range from laborer to forklift operator to working as vacation relief for a mix of skilled jobs within the mill.
We are looking for qualified candidates with the following skills/experience:
Must be able to learn to operate a variety of production machinery. Previous manufacturing or wood products experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to stand and walk on concrete and other hard surfaces as well as uneven surfaces for an entire shift.
Lifting, stacking, pushing, pulling, and sorting product up to 25 lbs. required for most jobs.
Must be able to work any shift. New employees are typically assigned to Graveyard positions.
Must be able to strictly adhere to safety rules and standards.
