Position – Sales Telecaller
To identify prospects and to convert them into customers by spreading product awareness, ensuring completion of installation; maintaining customer relationship.

Cold Calling

Responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely

Functional Competencies :
Ability to understand the company’s product thoroughly
Ability to gather information and understand the competitors product in this segment so as to be able to convert customers
Ability to familiarize himself quickly with the target locality and assess the potential
Basic technical knowledge of the internet
Knowledge of system specifications required to support the company’s product
Selling skills – Ability to covert a prospect into a sale
