Job Description : Mechanical Tooling Design: 5 years (Required)US work authorization (Required)CAD (Inventor, NX or FIDES): 5 years (Preferred)JOB FUNCTIONS: ·- Mechanical concept and design based on line up, specifications and part/assembly data.- Able to use standard or reference designs for creation of new designs- Prepare designs utilizing CAD software (Inventor, NX, FIDES, SolidWorks)- Open to cross-train in additional CAD systems (Inventor, NX, FIDES, SolidWorks)- Create accurate B.O.M.- Able to perform and document basic calculations to verify design integrity- Organizing and maintaining CAD files.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: – Thorough knowledge of manufacturing principles.- Knowledge and proper use of materials and commercially available stock.- Knowledge and use of engineering standards for creation of assembly drawings- Knowledge and use of Industry Standards for safety and ergonomics.- Experience in special machine design preferred.·- Self – starter and the ability to work with minimal supervision- Design, detail and checking experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $88,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeWork Location: One location
