Position : Vacation Rental Cleaner
Job Description : Beachwalk Properties is currently seeking qualified individuals or an independent company to clean vacation rental homes after departure (and occasionally deep cleans) as a seasonal contractor position.Essential Contractor Functions/ResponsibilitiesPerform departure cleans in a timely and efficient mannerComplete departure cleans in accordance with company checklists and quality assurance guidesIdentify and report maintenance and guest damage issuesAccurately complete all paperwork in a timely manner via company softwareAttention to detailContractor QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred but not requiredValid driver’s licensePleasant hospitality attitudeOrganizational skillsAbility to safely lift and carry 35 pounds of materials (linen packs)Working Conditions/Physical DemandsRequires standing, squatting, and bending for extended periods of timeTime management skills with ability to handle short deadlines with turn arounds between guestsLifting, leaning, and bending to make bunk beds, futons, sofa beds, and moving furnitureMust be able to follow instructions closely, complete a checklist, and pass quality control inspections. The majority of work will occur on Fridays and Saturdays, but will have other cleanings during the week. Cleaner must have own vehicle and a cell phone capable of taking pictures.
