Description
Perform accurate payment processing (coding, routing, and approval verification) of signature based invoices, check requests, and payment feeds. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Ensuring that invoices are entered properly into AP system, ensuring the accuracy of general ledger coding and that use tax, if applicable, is applied and also routed to the various properties for approval. Following up on status of invoices pending property approval and flagging those invoices which should have required a purchase order for property action. Reconcile 2201 Open AP Report, research open items and provide updates to AP Supervisor. Working with the properties to assist in answering all payables related questions

Qualifications
Must be able to perform basic data entry and must have basic spreadsheet knowledge. Prior experience necessary. Flexible with daily responsibilities and work schedule. Willing to learn all areas of accounting. Must have good organizational skills.
