Position : Accounts Payable Clerk
Job Description : This position is full time, Monday – Friday.
Responsibilities:
· Accurately review, code and process vendor invoices
· Maintain vendor accounts
· Perform Data entry associated with accounts payable
· Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
· Address and respond to vendor inquiries
· Maintain a filing system
· Generate reports
· Handle multiple projects
· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
· Help relieve receptionist desk as needed.
Requirements:
· Two or more years’ experience in accounts payable or general accounting
· Quickbooks experience
· Strong organizational and planning skills, as well as time management
· High attention to detail, and maintains accuracy; ability to multitask
· Proficient in MS Office
· High school diploma or equivalent;
Skill & Ability Preferences
· Willing and able to learn new skills and is highly trainable.
· Works well in fast paced and changing environments
· Ability to work independently with little or no supervision at times
· Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Ability to compose letters and to facilitate phone calls and general inquiries sensibly
· 10 key by touch
· Strong Analytic abilities
