Position : Administrative Assistant – HOA Management
Job Description : Real Properties Management Group, Inc., a boutique style, well established HOA management company is seeking an Administrative Assistant in our Las Vegas office. Must have strong communication skills, good work ethic and the ability to multitask. Prior HOA management experience is some capacity, i.e., accounting, compliance, administrative assistant, etc. preferred but not required. Must be able to type at a high rate of speed and have knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs. Prior VMS software experience also a plus, but not required. Must be able to perform compliance (violation) inspections on occasion, using your own vehicle ( mileage reimbursement provided). Competitive pay and benefits provided. Will pay for education after introductory probationary period if candidate does not have their Provisional CAM license and is interested in obtaining it.
