Job Description : We are looking for a talented professional to join the Executive/Administration team at our Personal Injury law firm. This position will be an integral part of HR, Operations, Technology, and Marketing with direct reporting to our Chief Operating Officer.
We are a growing business that likes to work hard and have fun helping our clients. We are looking to immediately hire and onboard the right Executive Assistant to join our amazing team of A+ Team members.

Compensation:
$48,000 – $52,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include assistance with, but is not limited to:

Assist with COO’s time management
Non-confidential HR administrative tasks
Bidding and comparisons for operational equipment/services
Annual renewal of insurance policies
Maintenance and development of case management software
Direct support to Principal Administrator and Director of IT
Coordination and planning of firm events
Ordering and maintaining branded products
Development of training tutorials
Scheduling appointments
Ensuring office supplies are maintained
