ALIGNOLOGY & Associates in Las Vegas is actively looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our growing Team! We are a fast growing Integrative Wellness Facility specializing in Medical, Chiropractic Care, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Functional & Regenerative Therapy, Aesthetics, Energy Therapy, Nutrition.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for the right Team Members to grow with us in our fast pace & diversified environment. Our ideal candidate will be someone who has as much PASSION as we do to help people live their healthiest life!

Skilled with mathematics and financial data to create spreadsheets and oversee sensitive financial information.
Highly experienced & efficient with the Internet, certain social media platforms, PDF documents, Microsoft Office (especially as it relates to Word and Excel), and Google Drive.
Medical Billing (e.g. verification of benefits, billing to insurance, Medicare).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Great attention to detail.
Confidentiality and trustworthiness.
Excellent ability to organize and coordinate tasks.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a changing work environment and delegating specific tasks to various Team members.
Experience with health insurance billing and terminology preferred.
Creating and maintaining company policy & procedures and ensuring compliance with specific federal, state, and local regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the owners and/or Practitioners of ALIGNOLOGY & Associates.

*Base pay is $15-23/hour (25-40 hour work week). This doesn’t include potential commission/bonuses an individual can make.
Part time: 25-30hours / Full time: 30-40 hours.
*Highly Desirable: Committed to self development to be promoted from within our company.
*Required: Supervising/Management skills, especially as it relates to a multi-disciplinary wellness center.
