Job Description : Hello!
We are currently recruiting an Administrative Purchasing / Inventory Support Associate (Monday – Friday) for our Warehouse Maintenance Department located in Stead.
Responsibilities:

Placement of parts purchase orders.
Maintain accurate part inventory.
Process timely payments against goods receipts.
Maintain maintenance records and other documentation, as needed.
Initiates and responds to routine inquiries, both verbally and in writing.
Logs, compiles, and files data, both electronically and manually.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Prior purchasing knowledge highly preferred.
Prior inventory knowledge highly preferred.
Strong working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Above average verbal and written communication skills.
Above average organizational skills with focus on attention to detail.
Ability to perform simple math.
Ability to operate powered industrial equipment such as a forklift.

Physical Demands:

Frequent standing, bending, reaching and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
