Depending on background and experience, the Marquis AIT Program will be a 6-18 month training course. It includes, but is not limited to:

Working with a Preceptor at an assigned facility;

Working in every department of the facility and being mentored by experts;

Attending additional classroom modules on various Leadership topics.

Preparation for the State and Federal Nursing Home Administrator exams.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have the following qualifications:

REQUIRED: Previous experience as a Department Head in a Skilled Nursing Facility Setting.

Ability to complete AIT training in a Marquis facility. Following completion of AIT program, greatly encouraged to have the ability to live in OR, CA, NV.

Bachelor’s Degree.

A strong passion for working in a Post-Acute / Long-Term Living environment.

Desire to work for the Marquis Companies organization after completion of the AIT Program.

Currently reside in Oregon, Washington, California or Nevada.

Ability to relocate is strongly desired.
