Job Description : Alteration Associate
Dillard’s is looking for a positive, self-motivated Alteration Associate.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesHas experience in a commercial/industrial alteration environment.Has a working knowledge of all alteration shop functions including RTW and Tailored alterations, pressing and the proper usage of all shop equipment (straight stitch, blindstitch, serger, button machine, steam press, iron).Has excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Quality minded with timeliness.Required SkillsProficient in tailored alterations.Detail oriented with excellent communication, organizational, customer service skills.Quality with Timeliness.
