The Assistant Project Manager, Marketing is responsible for providing project management and day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing Department which includes the Director of Marketing & Communications and Sales Managers.

Does this sound like you?

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business preferred

· 5+ years Project Management experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple supervisors
· Highly proficient in task organization and ability to manage complex deadlines
· Highly detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking and problem-solving capabilities
· Strong skills developing, managing, and executing multiple calendars
· Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365 suite (Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
· Able to work well independently and in group settings.
· Ability to problem solve and Multitask efficiently
· Must have satisfactory Drug Test, Criminal Background Check, and may have to pass Airport Badging Process
