MIT – Manager In Training
This is a manager-in-training position; 60% of our current Operations Managers were once Assistant Managers. Most promote within 2 years!
Position Description
Leading the Operations of the branch includes …

Planning, scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring quality assurance throughout the move process.
Hiring and retaining the right crew members.
Safety, Compliance, & DOT.
Supporting and motivating Salespeople.
Growing our online reputation on Google & Facebook (Reputation Management).
Meeting Monthly Revenue & Profit Projections.
Controlling operational costs (P&L Management).
Being Thoughtful, Fun-Loving, & Heroic to Our Customers.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience leading and managing others.
Ability to become DOT vehicle certified.
Willingness to participate in our pre-employment background and drug screening process.

Compensation Structure

Base Salary of $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
Performance bonus paid monthly (Up to $1000 per month).
Medical, Dental, 401K Benefits available.
10 days of PTO after 90 days (Increases after 2+ years of employment)
