Job Description : Are you ready to launch into a new high-paying healthcare career?
If you want to make a difference and are passionate about meaningful work, join us as a Behavior Technician on the path to becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)!
BTs/RBTs work one-on-one with children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. As an RBT, you will help children work towards goals to increase social, behavioral, and communication skills through applied behavior analysis therapy.
We are looking for driven, innovative, patient-focused individuals to join our team as we reinvent the care and tools available to neurodiverse families.

What you bring: (requirements)

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
A reliable source of transportation to meet clients in their homes
Availability to commit to a paid training program (40 hours of training modules) where you will learn necessary skills and be prepared to take the Registered Behavior Technician Competency Exam and Certification Exam.
Computer skills for effective reporting including documentation, billing, note-taking, etc.

Preferred:

An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred in a related field, such as psychology, education, social work, special education, etc, but successful candidates come from many different backgrounds.
Passion for working with children and an enthusiasm for learning how to best help children with autism.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with patients and staff
