Job Description : Job Summary
We are in search of a candidate for the position of Baker/ Bread mixing . You should have a great attitude, be motivated to learn and want to become part of a team at an exciting French cafe in the Summerlin area.
A successful culinary career can be developed for an employee who demonstrate culinary skills, grace under pressure and willingness to work as team player. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Preparation of Bread shaping
Measuring ingredients and sizing portions accurately
Bread baking/ bread Mixing
Danish baking
Assisting with all stations in production area of the cafe as needed
Maintaining high standards of hygiene
Learning and applying food safety techniques
Assisting with ordering inventory and receiving deliveries

This is an opportunity to not only learn from a chef with 20+ years experience in famous kitchens from Paris, New York and on the Las Vegas strip – but to also join a new and exciting team!
This position is for 5 days a week 40 hours minimum
