Job Description : Growing group of dental practices is seeking experienced medical/dental billing specialists to join the team! We have opportunities in billing, patient collections, and an incomplete treatment specialist! Join a winning team that loves to promote from within and have FUN!
Primary duties include:

Prepare claims for submission and resubmission as needed to meet varying insurance company requirements and requests
Submit weekly refund requests on credit balances after researching necessity.
Prepare and process incoming payments from insurance companies and patients accurately and timely.
Allocate payments as needed for precise account management Enter insurance information into database for accurate claims submission and processing that can involve Coordination of Benefits requirements.
Examine day sheets for any possible follow up required for claims submission, outstanding balances uncollected at point of service, allocation of payments and communicate needs to staff for process completion.
Call insurance companies to check the status of claims after 30 days.

Experience:

Medical Billing, 2 years
Dental Billing, 2 years

Needs:

Bilingual, Spanish a plus
Must pass background and drug test
