Job Description : We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as Bookkeeper! You will be responsible for preparing and tracking job expenses, handling AR/AP, payroll, and general oversite of the office operations for multiple small businesses which include real estate investments, a construction company and multiple car washes.
qualifications:

QuickBooks proficient.
Excel.
Communicate and follow up with other employees.
Ability to multitask and switch between multiple entities.
Deadline focused.
Detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the tracking of financial data ( revenue and expense).
Provide accurate daily available cash balances
Compute and record financial data in an organized and consistent manner.
Verify the accuracy of financial transactions
A/P,A/R and Payroll.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour

High school or equivalent (Required)

Bookkeeping: 4 years (Required)
