Position : Bookkeeper/Office Manager

Job Description : Theming & Millwork Concepts, a union subcontractor, is looking for a full-time bookkeeper/office manager. Candidate must have at least 5 years experience with all aspects of Quickbooks and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Duties include, but are not limited to:

Accounts Payable: entering and paying bills, reconciling credit card statements, maintaining vendor records, filing 1099’s,
Accounts Receivable: Progress billings using AIA forms, receiving payments. Knowledge of Nevada construction laws is a plus,
Banking: Make deposits, reconcile bank accounts,
Payroll: Entering time in Quickbooks, familiarity with ADP payroll is a plus,
Quarterly Taxes (not including payroll taxes as they are processed through ADP),
Maintaining Office Supplies,
Answering Phones,
Must be a Notary, or able to become one immediately.

The best applicant will have a good personality, sense of humor, and able to work in a construction environment.
Willing to train the right person in construction accounting practices.
Salary commensurate with experience.
