We have an opportunity for a Business Analyst Coordinator in our Las Vegas, NV office. Candidates should have multiple years of experience in the Microsoft Office suite of applications and some experience in writing queries in one of the major RDBMS systems. This candidate needs to have strong technical development skills in addition to the below items:
Primary Responsibilities:
Able to manage own workload and work with minimal assistance to complete tasks
Prioritize work according to business priority and deadlines
Adapt in an environment with shifting priorities
Able to understand and document business requirements, and work with both non-technical and technical resources to build solutions for business problems
Able to define and understand Use Cases of a system and build a test plan and test scenarios around them
Able to work with Microsoft Excel in a technical capacity: Perform lookups, build pivot charts, write macros & VBA
Able to work with Microsoft Access in a technical capacity: Create queries, create forms, write macros & VBA
Understands relational database management systems
Able to understand and write SQL queries for reporting and adhoc requests

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of experience in an operations environment
Intermediate experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working with large amounts of data in Excel (filtering, sorting, analyzing data)
The candidate must reside in the Las Vegas, NV area
Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Technical field
1+ years of experience writing SQL
1+ years of experience in programming
1+ years of experience managing projects and writing business requirements
1+ years of experience with creating User Acceptance Testing
Experience in Health Insurance industry
Knowledge of Facets application
