Position : Business Office Manager and Support Staff Full Time and Part-Time
Job Description : Delmar Gardens of Green Valley, a premier skilled nursing facility in Henderson, has an opportunity for an experienced Business Office Manager and Support Staff. The duties of the Business Officer Manager include:
Billing to all payer sources (Medicare, Medicaid, Managed care, Private and VA) as well as subsequent collection follow up. Medicare Part B billing for therapy and wound care is also required.
Overseeing the Resident Trust account including disbursing funds to residents and reconciling the resident trust account monthly.
Participate in monthly triple check meetings.
Posting of daily cash and ancillary charges.
Preparation of month end close reports.
Gather financial information on Medicaid residents for annual revalidation submission to Medicaid.
