Project Role Description :Manage day-to-day activities of a data center, including physical and security checks, physical tape/media management, assistance with physical vendor intervention (e.g. replacement of a part), act as “remote hands” for the administrator.

Key Responsibilities : 1 BA Experience: 3-5 years of experience working as a Technical Business Analyst with experience of entire Requirement Engineering lifecycle, Gap Analysis Experience of using Requirement Management tools such as Jira / Agile Central 2 Verbal: Ability to work with resources in multiple geographies, hold workshops, lead discussions and represent their work in calls with Barclays leads 3 Written: Ability to document requirements, discussions, process documentation, process flow diagrams tools
Technical Experience : 1 Infrastructure service mgmt experience in processes like Incident/Problem/Change would help 2 Requirements Analysis 3 Requirement Management 4 Business Performance Management 5 Process Design
Professional Attributes : 1 Good to have fluent communication skills 2 Candidate should be able to handle team of 5-8 people
Educational Qualification : 1 BE or BEd 2 ME or MEd
15 years of full time education
