We are seeking experienced Bussers to join our service team at Virgil’s Real BBQ to support our Servers and set up our dining areas thoroughly. If you enjoy a fast-paced way of working and want to kickstart your career in an enjoyable environment, we’d love to meet you!
Your Role with Us:
Bussers set the stage for the guests experience and ensure the dining room is always ready before guests are seated; responsible for clearing tables, resetting tables to Restaurant specifications, providing water service and wrapping leftovers for guests.
Act as a Brand Ambassador, engaging the guest about both Carmine’s and Virgil’s locations and inviting them back again for Special Events and Catering experiences.
Support the Servers on the floor and make sure the guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Restocking all glassware, silverware and dishware accordingly.
Overall cleaning of the dining room floor and bar areas and responsible for some additional cleaning and sanitation.
Complete all side work necessary at the end of every shift.
We Are Looking for Candidates:
Ideally, with Bussing experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
That are professional, personable, organized with a sense of humor and a strong passion for hospitality.
With open flexibility to work various shifts.
Are able to follow direction and have a sense of urgency to get the work done.
That Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas.
