Job Title: Call Center Representative
Department: Donation Center
Reports To: Donation Center Manager or Lead Receptionist
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Hours per week: 40
Salary range: $9.50
Job Summary
The Call Center Representative will be the liaison between the donor and Safe Nest TADC, providing exceptional customer service and addressing the need for the donation with the donor. This individual will possess a high level of integrity and professionalism.
The goal is to drive excellent performance that will engage growth and lasting relationships with donors for Safe Nest TADC.
Primary Responsibilities

Ability to talk on the phone for long periods
Ability to handle rejection
Ability to run a repetitive script
Ability to speak in a calming and inviting voice
Clarify donor information is updated
Provide exceptional customer service
Consistently promote the mission of Safe Nest TADC when soliciting for donations.

Skills and Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service is essential
Proficient in English; Good knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Basic Computer skills
Technological abilities with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to work well not only as part of a small, dynamic team but also independently
Communicates effectively both verbally and written in a positive and professional manner
Adapts to changes in the work environment
