Job Description : JOB OVERVIEW:
AREA15 is looking for extraordinary individuals with a zeal for sweets and soda to join our team!
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering our mission of creating
memories through delightful, delicious sweets. Ideal candidates will be results driven and
visionaries to provide an exceptional experience to all who enter the shop.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Deliver exceptional Visitor service.
Maintain outlet cleanliness exceeding Visitor expectations in compliance with SNHD.Utilize POS system to perform all financial transactions and always maintain cash / credit
card handling protocols.
Maintain visual merchandising standards.Meet Key Performance Indicators as set by AREA15.Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently including periodic temperature check of
soda coolers.
Maintain proper inventory and supply levels including recording all lost inventory.Promote a cheerful, efficient, and safe work environment.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, and smoke.
Must be able to work in dark environment that features flashing lights.Must be able to push and lift to 50 lbs.Ability to work from a standing position for extended periods of time.Ability to perform reaching and stooping motions repeatedly.Must have the ability to withstand high temperatures, heat, and sun exposure.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
• Must be 16 years or older.
Excellent cash handling skillsAble to bend regularly, stand for extended periods of time and lift to 50lbs., unassisted.Must be authorized to work in the U.S.Must have open availability and be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.Must be proficient in English; additional language skills preferred.
