Job Description : Wallflower Cannabis House is growing! We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic customer service experts to join our team of 3rd shift cannabis retail associates. Valid Nevada Dispensary Agent Card is required, though those new to the cannabis industry with strong retail & customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Overnight (11:30pm – 9:30am) shift only. Overnight is $14 an hour. Hiring for both full-time (4 ten hour shifts per week) and part-time (2-3 ten hour shifts per week).
3rd shift Retail Associates are responsible for managing our 24 Hour Drive Thru, Curbside Pick-Up, and some budtending responsibilities from the hours of 11:30pm-2am.
Responsibilities include:

Intake responsibilities: ID verification, inputting patient data, answering phones and online inquiries
Drive thru order fulfillment
Curbside order fulfillment
Budtending: Assisting with customer product selection for in-store sales
Cash and payment processing
Following inventory handling protocols & organization standards
Queue and traffic flow management
Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of rotating brands and products
Commitment to learning, enforcing, and upholding all Nevada cannabis-related laws and regulations

Job Requirements:

Proven record of exceptional customer service
Strong cash handling skills
Appreciation for efficiency and a sense of urgency
Ability to follow strict compliance requirements pertaining to product handling, hygiene, and physical distancing
Cleaning and sanitization per COVID regulations
