POSITION SUMMARY
The incumbent in this position is responsible for the overall supervision of casino table gaming activities and employees on an assigned shift to ensure that regulations are observed and to protect the security and integrity of the games.

Bitrate Productions is seeking individuals with excellent leadership skills to lead a team of live dealers in our online studio.
Our studio is equipped with authentic casino tables and gaming equipment. Policies and procedures are similar to a traditional casino with some modification to suit the virtual environment. You will be required to attend the same training as the Live Dealers to familiarize yourself with all the differences and modifications.
As an Online Casino Supervisor, you will be spending most of your working day assessing all Dealers’ performance on shift, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to and our players are receiving excellent service according to our performance metrics.
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Hire, train, motivate, and supervise gaming staff to ensure that employees receive adequate guidance and resources to accomplish established department standards.
2. Direct and coordinate with scheduling coordinator in the development of daily schedule to ensure adequate staffing levels for pit operations.
3. Open and close games in a manner that provides optimal labor efficiency and customer service.
4. Report any suspected irregular or illegal gaming practices to the Security/Surveillance Department and Casino
Manager to ensure that gaming policies and regulations are always observed.
5. Resolve all guest complaints or problems to ensure courteous and friendly service to all gaming customers.
6. Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the Casino Manager in daily casino operation
Leading pre-shift meetings
Resolving timesheet
Scheduling issues
Assisting players with questions and gaming disputes
Daily casino reports
Dealer Assessments
Dealer incident documentation, discipline, mentor, and coaching meetings
Report suspicious chat or play
Responsible for the operations of up to ten tables
May have to fill in as a dealer when short staffed- Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack
Provide new procedure training or game training
Perform other duties as assigned

WORKING CONDITIONS Must have ability to:

Observe and identify suspected cheaters as well as to observe and direct actions of subordinates.
Use all equipment associated with the position, including but not limited to computer keyboard.
Effectively communicate with all levels of employees as well as customers.
Review and comprehend all necessary documentation.
Effectively and efficiently move around work area.
Spend majority of shift on the casino floor. Stand for long periods of time, as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONSComplete knowledge of all games on the casino floor, including rules, cheating methods, etc.Knowledge of casino marketing practices helpful, but not required. Basic understanding of theoretical win. Basic understanding of at least one count system and basic strategy. Basic mathematical skills required. These skills and abilities are typically acquired through the completion of a high school degree or equivalent as well as through a minimum of three years of progressively responsible gaming experience, with a minimum of two years in gaming supervision. Completion of gaming school or classroom training preferred.

REGULATORY AND COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES In addition to the other duties described herein, each and every employee has the following responsibilities related to compliance with laws and regulations:

Attend required training sessions offered by Bitrate Productions.
Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Have knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the employee’s department.
Consult Internal Control Procedures and Policy Manuals for guidance.
Report illegal activity to Security or the appropriate levels of Management

RATE AND BONUS
· $15 / hour Training Rate
· $25 / hour Probationary Period
· $30 / hour After Probation
· Quarterly bonuses based on Performance

Salary: $30.00 per hour
