Position : Chargeback Admin (Remote)
Job Description : Everi is looking for a Chargeback Admin! Are you highly committed to accuracy, an analytical thinker and want to support the company and department goals in a fast-paced high-volume environment? Then this job is for you!
What Will You Be Doing?
The Chargeback Admin will be responsible to research, reconcile and resolve all customer inquiries.
Maintains accounting records of chargebacks, retrieval requests, and exception processing.
You will analyze customer needs when answering questions as they relate to account inquiries and disputes.
Correct errors and resolve financial disputes as conveyed by cardholders and credit card associations.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:
Qualifications:
1+ years data entry
Excel and 10-key knowledge
Must be willing to work overtime
Nice-to-have’s:
Chargeback experience preferred
Understanding of general Accounting
