Requirements and Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a high volume and fast pace environment.
Willing to learn new skills and open to change.
Ability to exercise basic judgment in identifying and implementing solutions to customer concerns and inquiries with supervision and guidance from managers.
Open to obtaining licensing in the future at company’s expense.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every interaction.
Maintain accurate records.
Manage large number of customer inquiries via email, text and live chat.
Always keep agents informed of real and potential issues while being proactive.
Other duties as required.
