As a Client Service Specialist, the ideal candidate will work closely with our financial advisors in an administrative capacity to deliver exceptional, high-touch service to our clients. Responsibilities: Assist in paperwork processing and preparationProcess and follow-up on service and company requestsUpdate database to reflect account status regarding account service or new businessWork directly with Advisory Team to sign on new clients
