Job Description : FIRELEADS Inc. located in Carson City is currently hiring for positions giving employees schedule flexibility with day, night, or weekend shifts. Our team works a comfortable 4 day on and 3 days off schedule giving our staff the time off they need.

FIRELEADS is OPEN and hiring full-time dedicated employees. We are also offering a $250.00 signing bonus to be received by the employee after completing training and 90 days of work.
FIRELEADS INC. is accepting resumes for Full-time (40hrs per week) for the positions of communication specialist for Day Shifts and Night (Graveyard) Shifts as follows:

(Weekday NIGHT- 4 Days): Mon, Tues, Wed 6pm to 6am (33hrs) + Thursday 6pm to 12am (6hrs) = 39 hours per week
(Weekend DAY – 4 Days): Thurs 12pm to 6pm (6hrs) + Fri, Sat, Sun 6am to 6pm(33 hrs) = 39 hours per week

COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST (Dispatcher) – SALARY RANGE
$15.00 to $20.00 hourly – Training Wage (depending on experience)
$37,440 to $41,600 Annually
After training is completed, the hourly and salary wages will increase.

COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Fireleads Inc, an emergency communication company in Carson City is now hiring full-time dispatchers (no experience necessary) for work in a demanding fast-paced dispatcher center located conveniently in the old Bank of America Building in Carson City, Nevada.
These positions may require assignments to a Day Time or Graveyard or other non-standard shifts; most work three 12 hour shifts followed by one 6 hour shift and 3 days off per week. Night Shift differential increase of $1.50 for Graveyard Shift available.
POSITION & DUTIES – Communication Specialist (Dispatcher)
Communication specialists are responsible for timely and accurate information consolidation to our customer base using google’s email-based system and other platforms.

Listen to audio files and obtain information such as addresses, incident types, and amount of damage.
Follow Protocols on how to produce information reports.
Use media sources (Facebook, Twitter, CADS, News) to evaluate data and recognize incidents that fit our criteria.
Computer skills including utilization of White Pages, Zillow, and similar information sources to consolidate public information in a single report.

COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST (DISPATCHER) SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED
Current Nevada residency required, no relocation available, no remote working available
Must be 18 years of age, a U.S. citizen, proof of identification, and social security card.
Basic computer proficiency (typing speed of 30+ wpm, google experience)
Communication Skills – Effectively convey information and express thoughts and facts clearly, orally and in writing; demonstrate effective use of listening skills; display openness to other people’s ideas and thoughts.
Teamwork & Interpersonal Skills – Develop effective relationships with co-workers and supervisors by helping others accomplish tasks and using collaboration and conflict resolution skills. Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
Be punctual, reliable, dependable, and have a positive attitude.
