Job Description : Job Title: Compliance Auditor
Department: Compliance
Reports to: C Suite
Position Summary: The Compliance Auditor is responsible for auditing areas of risk associated with compliance to State and Federal laws and regulations and the development and implementation of simplified policies and procedures. Assist in the integration of software enhanced compliance and minimizing the number of P&P that are employee driven. Responsible for promoting a strong code of ethics and integrity within DLC.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Review all current P&P and assist in the simplification of the P&P, the integration of P&P requirements into the software, and scheduled auditing of both electronic & manual P&P. This position may include the following:

Risk Assessments
Data Analysis
Audit Reports
Development of compliance training and testing.
Point of contact between the company and federal and state regulators
Keeps Compliance Committee and Senior Management informed of the progress and current operation of the compliance system
Works with other departments to appropriately investigate and resolve compliance issues

Essential Requirements for Education and/or Experience:

Four year college or university program degree of certificate or five years of related experience; Accounting and Auditing experience preferred. High degree of organization, reporting procedures and record keeping. Excellent communication skills required.

Analytical, investigative and decision making skills
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
