Job Description : Construction Superintendent needed in Reno!

Must be self starter, have 10+ years experience and thrives in a fast paced, sometimes chaotic environment. Can manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities. Positive attitude, even tempered under pressure and wants to lead the team to highest level of performance and development.
This is a long term direct hire position. Responsibilities include:

Establish and develop professional relationships with on-site staff, providing leadership to them
Develop a thorough understanding of each subcontract, drawings, and specifications
Identify constructability issues, design deficiencies, code violations, and any other issues
Develop & refine project schedules (in collaboration with scheduler) to ensure all milestones are identified and tracked
Communicate schedule updates to all subcontractors and vendors and get buy in as needed.
Enforce safety protocols to ensure job site consistently meets or exceeds OSHA safety standards
Review the subcontractor’s daily progress of work completed and deliver daily reports to the project team
Maintain appropriate documentation throughout the project including change order logs, RFI logs, and submittal lots

Job Type: Full-time, First shift. Pay: $100- $110,000.00 per year DOE. Apply today for immediate consideration.

10+ years of experience in multi-family superintendent role
Analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and be effective at building collaborative relationships
Ability to engage professionally with clients, subcontractors, and skilled trades
Strong knowledge in means and methods of construction, reading plans, planning and scheduling concepts
Strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and open to learning new applications.
Must pass pre-employment screenings
